This was my 2nd stay, they offered suite with very good storage. The location was great and incredible - just walking distance from everywhere I wanted to go. The fact that Charing Cross tube station was some 15 minutes away was a plus.

The hotel is incredibly beautiful, everything is brand-new. Courteous and welcoming staff as one would expect. The venue rooms are fairly quiet and fabulous with the high tech toilet. All in all they offer BRILLIANT service. The hotel boasts very central location in art. Love eating outside and there's Garfunkel's, set easy walk to the property.
